Spend your time out on Mallorca in the Finca Bella Roca when the school holidays end. The private property with pool and large garden in Galilea is still available from September 7th to 14th, 2024. In a quiet mountain location, you will find the ideal domicile for hiking or cycling tours within a pleasant distance of the island's capital, Palma.
Directly after the summer holidays to Mallorca
After the long summer holidays, things are getting quieter on Mallorca, both on the beaches and in the towns. With the best summer weather and milder temperatures, usually below 30˚C, the island now offers active holidaymakers ideal conditions to explore the surrounding area on excursions. The Finca Bella Roca is idyllically located in the highest mountain village on the island. Only around 200 residents share the view from here of the mighty mountain Puig Galatzó.
Mallorca holidays for active people
Circular trails invite you to hike through the Reserva Park nature reserve (https://www.reservapark.net/ ) and other areas of the Serra de Tramuntana. A popular trekking route leads via Son Font to Calviá. E-bike tours take you to the sandy beaches in Paguera or Santa Ponça. A racing bike is more recommended for experienced cyclists, as the inclines are easier to manage with training. Nearby golf courses for a relaxed round of the green are Golf de Andratx or the T Golf & Country Club Poniente. The small town of Andratx, with its winding streets, ancient churches and the Son Mas castle, which now houses the town hall, offers a glimpse into the history of the island. And a shopping trip through Palma is of course part of every Mallorca holiday.
Our service for your active holiday on Mallorca
Frank Widmann, managing director of The Private Hideaway and Mallorca lover, focuses on individual services: "In recent years, we have built up a reliable network of cooperation partners in the upscale segment. This means we can recommend providers to our guests with a clear conscience and support them in planning their activities."
Experience Mallorca actively - made easy with our partners
For example, Frank's team organises the delivery of a rental bike – including a guide. This guide leads holidaymakers on remote routes through the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Serra
de Tramuntana. Island visitors explore Mallorca from the water on a trip with a motorboat or
sailing yacht with its own skipper. The tour includes snorkeling stops in the bays of Cala Fornells and Cala Llamp as well as dinner in the trendy Gran Folies beach club. Finca and villa residents can see the sea and still have solid ground under their feet during free training in the Singular fitness club in Puerto Portals. Back at the holiday home, a private chef will pamper them on request: in the fully equipped kitchen of the accommodation, he will create dishes from a simple barbecue to a lobster menu. Guests sit down at the laid table and enjoy the restaurant feeling "at home".
